摘　　要：简要介绍了宝鸡市烟农综合服务合作社的建设现状,具体阐述了合作社的探索思路、主要做法及取得的成效,并针对运行中出现的问题提出相应的建议。This paper briefly introduced the construction situation of farmers＇ comprehensive service cooperatives in Baoji City.The idea of cooperatives, main measures and result of cooperatives were specifically explored, and the corresponding suggestions＇were put forward according to the problems in operation.
