摘　　要：创意休闲农业是一种新型创意产业,它以农业资源为基础,将都市型现代农业与文化相结合,通过深度拓展农业功能,融合农业、科技、文化、创新等于一体而发展形成的满足特定市场需求的新兴产业。该文以北京市通州区宋庄镇为例,分析了宋庄镇创意休闲农业的发展条件,探讨了未来宋庄镇创意休闲农业的发展思路和布局,为宋庄创意休闲农业的特色化、品牌化发展提供建议。Creative-leisure agriculture is a new kind of creative industries,which is based on agricultural resources,combining urban modern agriculture and euhure. It is an emerging industry through deeply expanding agricultural function and integrating with agriculture, technology,culture, and innovation.The article taking Songzhuang Town in Tongzhou District of Beijing City as an Example ,development conditions of creative-leisure agriculture were analyzed ,then the development and layout of creative-leisure agriculture in future were discussed. Final, characterization and brand development of creative-leisure agriculture in Songzhuang was provided.
