腹膜后肿块超声诊断的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探究腹膜后肿块超声诊断的临床价值。方法:选取2010年6月-2012年6月笔者所在医院收治的腹膜后肿块患者20例,对患者进行超声诊断,观察患者肿块状况。将超声诊断结果与手术病理或活检效果进行对比,观察诊断准确性。结果:超声诊断20例腹膜后肿块患者,确诊率达90%。结论:超声诊断可以明显提高腹膜后肿块确诊效果,提高病理特征检测效果,具有非常高的临床价值。Objective：To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in diagnosis of retroperitoneal masses.Method：Selected 20 cases with retroperitoneal tumor treated in our hospital from 2010 June to 2012 June,took ultrasonic diagnosis on patients then observed patients’condition.Compared the results of ultrasonic diagnosis with operation or biopsy condition,then observed the diagnose accuracy.Result：Ultrasound diagnosis showed that 20 cases were retroperitoneal masses, the diagnosis rate reached 90%.Conclusion：Ultrasound diagnosis of retroperitoneal masses diagnosis can significantly improve the effect of define diagnosis, improve the detection effect of pathologic features,and have very high clinical value.
