摘 要:为了研究川续断种子的萌发特性,为川续断资源利用提供科学依据,以川续断种子为材料,测定不同的光照、温度、pH值、赤霉素、覆土厚度、贮藏时间、贮藏温度等条件处理对其种子萌发的影响。结果表明:(1)川续断种子最适宜的萌发温度是20~25℃,发芽率可达76.50%;(2)在适宜的温度下,全光照比无光照的发芽势和发芽率都高;(3)对pH值的适宜范围较宽,在pH值为2~10范围内均可萌发;(4)300mg/L的赤霉素对川续断种子的萌发具有明显的作用,其发芽率和发芽势都达到最高,分别为70.45%和35.83%;(5)川续断种子最适覆土厚度为1.0cm;(6)川续断种子不适宜长期贮藏,最适的贮藏温度为0℃。This research attempted to understand the Dipsacus asperoides seed germination conditions inor-der to provide theoretical bases for fully utilize relevant resources in future studies.Using Dipsacus asperoi-des seedas test material,experiments were implemented on effect of light,temperature,pH value,GA3,cover-ing soil depth,storage time and storage temperature on seed germination.The results showed that:(1)the most suitable temperature for the seed germination was from 20℃ to 25℃,the germination rate was 76.50%;(2)Under full light,the germination rate and germination vigor were higher than under full dark;(3)The appropriate pH values range was wide,the seeds could germinated under the pH value in the range of 2~10;(4)300mg·L^-1gibberellic acid increased the germination rate of the seed to 70.45%,the ger-mination vigor was 35.83%;(5)The optimum thickness of covering for seed germination was 1.0cm;(6)The seed was not suitable for long term storage. The optimum storage temperature for seed germination was 20℃.
