摘　　要：以黄连花种子为试验材料,通过比较不同储藏温度、赤霉素溶液质量浓度、赤霉素不同浸种时间、不同培养温度对黄连花种子萌发的影响,旨在寻求黄连花种子萌发的适宜条件。结果表明:黄连花种子有休眠的特性;4℃低温干燥储藏比20℃室温干燥储藏发芽效果好;最适的赤霉素处理质量浓度为400 mg·L-1,赤霉素浸种时间为24 h,最佳的萌发温度为30℃。We studied the effects of different storage temperatures, contents of GA3 treatment, soaking times and germination temperatures on the seed germination of Lysimachia davurica. L. davurica seed is characteristic with dormancy during storage. Seed germination at 4 ℃ and under dry storage is better than that at 20 ℃. The best seed germination condition is under 400 mg · L-1 of GA3 , soaking for 24 h and 30 ℃.
