摘  要:对我国新见病害富贵草叶斑病的症状进行了描述,结合病原形态特征、培养特性及rDNA—ITS序列分析结果.确定该病害由Volutella pachysandricola引起。病菌的生物学特性研究结果表明:菌丝生长较佳培养基为PCA、V8汁和PDA,较佳产孢培养基为CMA和V8汁。菌丝生长适宜温度为15—28℃,最适温度为25℃;25qC时产孢量最高。菌丝在pH=7~11时生长良好,pH=7~8最适产孢。光照对菌丝生长无显著影响,但有利于病菌产孢。病菌孢子致死温度为52℃,10min。用生长速率法测定病菌对20种杀菌剂敏感性的结果表明:病菌对50%肟菌·25%戊唑醇WG、25%丙环唑EC、50%多菌灵WP、40%氟硅唑EC、77%氢氧化铜WP、30%噁霉灵AS的敏感性较高.其EC50值均小于1.0mg/L.EC90值均小于10.0mg/L。The symptoms of Pachysandra Volutella blight were described. With the morphology, cultural characteristics of the isolates and ITS sequence, the pathogen was identified as Volutella pachysandricola. The results of the biological characteristics of the pathogen show that the optimal media for mycelium growth are PCA, V8 juice and PDA, but CMA and V8 juice are the best for spore production. The suitable temperature for mycelium growth and spore production is 25 ℃. The suitable pH for mycelium growth is 7-11, and 7-8 is optimal for spore production. Light can promote spore production and has no effect on mycelium growth. The lethal temperature of conidia is 49℃ in 10 min. The susceptibility of 20 fungicides to VoluteUa pachysandricola was detected by mycelium growth rate method. The pathogen is more sensitive to 50% trifloxystrobin ·25% tebuconazole WG, 25% propiconazole EC, 50% carbendazim WP, 40% flusilazole EC, 77% copper hydroxide WP, and 30% hymexazol AS with EC50〈l. 0 mg/L and EC90〈10.0 mg/L.
