摘 要:目的研究健康非职业人群多环芳烃(PAHs)暴露与TH1和TH2型细胞因子表达水平的关系。方法于2012年5月在天津市某医院体检中心选择进行体检的67名健康居民以问卷形式调查基本信息、生活方式等情况,以碱水解-高效液相色谱法测定尿中1-羟基芘浓度,以酶联免疫吸附测定法分别测定血浆中THl型细胞因子(IL-2、IFN-γ)和TH2型细胞因子(IL-4、IL-10)的表达。结果本次调查人群尿1-羟基芘浓度范围为0.21~6.70μmol/mol Cr,中位数为1.13μmol/mol Cr;在调整了研究对象的性别、年龄、电磁辐射和职业性化学试剂接触情况后,尿1-羟基芘浓度与TH1/TH2细胞因子的比值无统计学相关关系(P〉0.05),但随尿1-羟基芘浓度的增加,TH1/TH2比值有逐渐下降的趋势。结论本次调查的非职业暴露人群尿1-羟基芘水平偏高,应对其可能的PAHs高暴露因素开展深入研究。Objective To investigate the relationship between 1- hydroxypyrene(1-OHPyr) in urine and the expression of TH1/ TH2 type cytokines in blood among healthy population non-occupationally exposed to PAHs. Methods A total of 67 healthy volunteers were collected from physical examination center of a hospital in Tianjin in May, 2012, basic information ,life styles and so on were collected by questionnaires. The concentrations of 1-OHPyr in urine samples were determined by alkaline hydrolysis-HPLC, the expressions of TH1 and TH2 type cytokines in plasma were determined by ELISA. Results The range and median of 1-OHPyr in urine samples were 0.21-6.70 μmol/mol Cr, 1.13 μmol/mol Cr respectively, which didn't show statistically correlation with ratio of TH1/TH2 type cytokines (P〉0.05) after adjustment of gender, age, electromagnetic radiation and occupational exposure to chemical regent,but an increasing trend with decreasing ratios of TH1/TH2 type cytokines was also found. Conclusion The investigated population reveales higher level of 1-OHPyr in urine,the potential PAHs exposure should be explored.
