消银解毒免煎颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察消银解毒免煎颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病血热证临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将80例进行期及静止期寻常型银屑病血热证的患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例。治疗组给予消银解毒免煎颗粒口服治疗,每日1剂;对照组给予消银颗粒治疗,每次3.5g,每日3次口服。两组均治疗8周后评价临床疗效及安全性,并于治疗前后进行瘙痒程度、体表累计面积(BSA)、皮损严重程度(PASI)、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQL)评分。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为85.00%,对照组总有效率为82.05%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后PASI、瘙痒程度、BSA、DLQL评分均较本组治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);治疗组DLQL评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论消银解毒免煎颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病血热证安全有效,能显著降低银屑病皮损的严重程度,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiaoyin Jiedu Granules for psoriasis vulgaris and its effect on quality of life （QOL）. Methods Eighty psoriasis vulgaris patients with blood heat syndrome were rando,nized into the treatment group and control group, with 40 in each. The patients in the treatment group were orally taken Xiaoyin Jiedu Granules one dose daily. The patients in the control group were orally taken Xiaoyin Gramdes 3.5 g each time and three times daily. The efficacy was evaluated after 8 -week treatment in both groups. The itching degree, Body Surface Area （ BSA）, Psoriasis Area and Severity Index （ PASI）, Dermatology, Life Quality Index （DLQI） were scored befi^re and after treatment. Results The total efficacy of the treatment group and control group was 85.00% and 82.05% , with no significant difference between groups （P 〉 0.05）. The scores of PASI, itching degree, BSA and DLQi were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）, especially DLQ1 in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion Xiaoyin Jiedu Granules is effective and safe fi）r psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome, and it can obviously reduce the severity of psoriatic lesions and improve QOL.
