摘  要:目的观察中西医综合治疗方案治疗膝关节滑膜炎临床疗效。方法 160例膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。治疗组采用中西医综合治疗,即5-氟尿嘧啶关节内注射、中药蠲痹汤口服、舒筋通痹袋外熨并配合功能锻炼;对照组采用常规治疗,即曲氨奈得注射液+利多卡因关节内注射,伴有膝关节滑膜粘连者配合局部超短波或特定电磁波治疗器。两组均治疗4周后比较临床疗效及关节内注药次数。结果治疗组总有效率97.50%,对照组77.50%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组关节内注药≤4次者76例(95.00%),对照组61例(76.25%),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中西医综合治疗方案治疗膝关节膜滑炎疗效优于西医常规治疗。Objective To observe the efficacy 160 cases of knee synovitis were randomized into the of integrative medicine for knee synovitis. Methods Totally treatment group and control group, with 80 in each. The treatment group was given integrative medicine such as intra-articular injection of 5-iluorouracil (5-FU), oral administra- tion of Juanbi Decoction, hot compress therapy with rigidity-relieving blockage-dredging herbs and functional training. The control group was given routine treatment such as intra-articular injection of lidocaine and triamcinolone acetonide, and local ultrashort wave or electromagnetic therapy. The efficacy and the numbers of intrarticular injection were compared in both groups after 4-week treatment. Results The total effective rate was 97.50% and 77.50% in the treatment group and control group respectively. There was a significant difference between groups in the total ef- ficacy (P 〈 0. 05). Cases with intra-articular injection less than or equal to 4 times were 76 cases (95.00%) in the treatment group and 61 cases (76.25%) in the control group with a significant difference between groups (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The efficacy of integrative medicine for knee synovitis is superior to that of the routine western medicine treatment.
