中药复方抗流感病毒作用机制研究概述

摘　　要：近年来,新型流行性感冒不断爆发,抗流感病毒药物的研发不断增多。许多中药也被证实具有抗流感病毒的作用。本文从抑制流感病毒的感染和复制、防止流感病毒诱导的组织细胞凋亡、降低流感病毒造成的氧化应激损伤及调节免疫功能等方面,对近年来中药复方抗流感病毒的机制研究进行了综述。In recent years, new influenza outbreaks constantly and anti-influenza drugs are continually developed as well. Many Chinese herbs were confirmed to have anti-influenza virus effects also. The mechanism research on anti-influenza virus effects of compound TCM formulas was reviewed in this article from inhibiting influenza virus infection and replication, preventing apoptosis induced by influenza virus, reducing oxidative stress injury caused by influenza virus, and regulating the immune function.
