甲氧明治疗腰麻下剖宫产产妇术中低血压的量-效关系

摘　　要：目的观察甲氧明治疗腰麻下剖宫产产妇术中低血压的量一效关系。方法选择腰麻下行剖宫产术且术中出现低血压的产妇80例，ASAI或Ⅱ级，年龄24-35岁，体重52-80kg，随机均分为四组。产妇出现低血压后，分别给予甲氧明1．6mg组（A组）、甲氧明2．0mg组（B组）、甲氧明2．5rag组（C组）和甲氧明3．2mg组（D组）。计算甲氧明的ED50、ED95和95％可信区间（CI）。结果甲氧明用于治疗剖宫产术中低血压的ED50（95％CI）和EC95（95％CI）分别为1.62（1．51～1．74）mg和2．34（2．13～2．57）mg。结论甲氧明治疗腰麻下剖宫产产妇术中低血压的EI）50、ED95分别为1．62mg和2．34mg。Objective To observe the dose-effect relationship of methoxamine for the treatment of hypotension in patients undergoing cesarean section with spinal anesthesia. Methods Eighty parturients suffering hypotension during the procedure of cesarean section under spinal anesthesia, ASA I or II, aged 24-35 yr, weighing 52-80 kg were equally randomized into four groups to receive methoxamine 1.6 mg （group A）, methoxamine 2. 0 mg （group B）, methoxamine 2. 5 mg （group C）, and methoxamine 3.2 mg （group D）. EDs0 and ED95 of methoxamine, as well as their 95% confidence interval （CI） were calculated. Results The ED90 of methoxamine was 1.62 mg （95% CI： 1.51-1.74 mg） and ED95 was 2. 34 mg （95% CI： 2. 13-2. 57 mg）. Conclusion The ED50 and ED95 of methoxamine for the treatment of parturients＇ hypotension during the procedure of cesarean section under spinal anesthesia are 1.62 mg and 2.34 mg, respectively.
