摘 要:微磁检测技术是一种无需外界磁化、无需退磁,利用缺陷自身产生的漏磁场进行无损检测的新技术。根据连续管在线检测要求,基于微磁检测技术和电涡流检测技术,研制了连续管电磁检测仪器样机,对连续管使用过程中常见的腐蚀、裂纹缺陷和椭圆度缺陷共同进行了检测。分析了连续管微磁检测的原理,建立了微磁检测等效磁导率模型,设计了椭圆度检测的算法,利用第6个传感器对测量结果进行了优化及校验。样机的现场试验结果表明,检测仪器的缺陷分辨率为0.1 mm,检测速度可达1 m/s,椭圆度检测精度高达1%,检测效率高、速度快,性能稳定可靠。Micro-magnetic inspection technology is a new technology using the leakage magnetic field produced by the defect itself to conduct nondestructive testing, without needing external magnetization and demagnetiza- tion. According to the coiled tubing (CT) online inspection requirement and on the basis of micro-magnetic inspec- tion technology and electric eddy current inspection technology, the CT electromagnetic inspection instrument proto- type was developed. The inspection of common corrosion, crack defect and ellipticity defect in the process of using CT was carried out. The principle of CT micro-magnetic inspection was analyzed. The model of micro-magnetic in- spection equivalent permeability was established. The algorithm of ellipticity inspection was designed. The sixth sen- sor was used to optimize and verify the measurement result. The field test of the prototype shows that the defect reso- lution of the inspection instrument is 0. 1 mm; the inspection velocity can reach 1 m/s; the ellipticity inspection precision is as high as 1%. The inspection efficiency is high, the inspection speed is fast and the inspection per- formance is stable and reliable.
