摘 要:针对不确定因素影响下机械系统的疲劳失效问题,以往复式压缩机传动机构为研究对象,提出一种虚拟的可靠性试验方法。考虑到约束载荷、尺寸误差和材料强度等因素的随机性,利用CAD/CAE的参数化技术,基于虚拟可靠性理论实现虚拟样机的随机抽样;然后,采用非线性有限元分析程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行动态数值仿真分析,获得虚拟试验数据;最后,根据KS法分析数据分布类型,考核各关键零部件的可靠性,从而得到整个系统的可靠度,并且找出了系统的薄弱环节。该分析方法可为后续的故障预报和最优维护提供指导。In light of the fatigue failure of mechanical system under the effect of indeterminate factors, with the transmission mechanism of reciprocating compressor as the object of study, a kind of virtual reliability test meth- od was formulated. Considering the randomness of such factors as constraining load, dimensional error and material strength and based on the virtueel reliability, CAD/CAE parametric technology was adopted to achieve the random sampling of virtual prototype. Then, the nonlinear finite element analysis program ANSYS/LS-DYNA was adopted to conduct the dynamic numerical simulation analysis to obtain virtual test data. Finally, according to the K-S method, the data distribution type was analyzed and the reliability of the key spare parts was examined. The degree of relia- bility of the overall system was obtained. The loopholes of the system were found. The research achievement provides a guide to the future fault prediction and optimal maintenance.
