摘 要:为使煤层气排采生命周期更长、煤层气产出量最大化,对地面直驱螺杆泵在煤层气排采中的生产参数进行了优化研究。综合考虑煤层气排采制度及井、泵之间的供排协调的实际约束条件,建立以生命周期内煤层气产气量最大为优化目标的数学模型。引入煤层气井生产数值模拟结果,将其作为优化过程中的参数,将煤层气井生产排采制度这一较难表征的约束条件恰当转化,以适当的时间段内压降值作为计算排水量的依据,编制优化流程图,按照优化流程及其他各约束条件对生产参数进行优化。通过具体实例验证了优化方法的有效性。To lengthen the life cycle of coalbed methane (CBM) water drainage and gas production anti maxi- mize CBM output, research on the optimization of production parameters of ground direct drive screw pump was conduc, ted. A comprehensive eonsideration was given to CBM drainage-production system as well as the practical constraints with respect to the supply and drainage coordination between well and pump. The mathematical model which has CBM output maximization within the life cycle as the optimization target was established. The CBM pro- duction numerical simulation result was introduced and used as the parameter in the process of optimization. The drainage-production system of CBM well was converted properly as the constraint. The pressure drop value within the proper time period was taken as the basis for calculating water displacement. The optimized flowcharl was com- piled. The production parameters were optimized according to the optimized procedure and other constraints. The specific example was used to verify the effectiveness of the optimization method.
