洞庭湖生态经济区第三产业发展的优势和机遇及对策

摘　　要：本文通过对洞庭湖生态经济区第三产业发展的优势劣势、机会和威胁的分析,得出湖区资源禀赋及区位条件优越,同时存在产业、金融、环境等方面的发展阻碍因素。针对湖区存在的问题及拥有的优势,提出第三产业发展的对策,即通过打造便捷的交通网络、发展特色旅游、提升金融服务、发展高新技术产业、组建跨区域经济管理部门等方式,实现湖区第三产业的蓬勃发展。The essay analysis strength, weakness, opportunity and threats in the development of the tertiary industry in ecological and economic zone of Dongting Lake, we find that the area＇ s location and resource are splendid. At the same time, there are so many obstacle factors in this area, such as： Industry, finance, environment, and so on. We find out some way to develop the tertiary industry, such as constructing transportation network, developing the characteristic projects of tourism, improving the financial services, developing high-technology industry, organizing an economic management department which is composed by the three cities to boost the tertiary industry in ecological and economic zone of Dongting Lake.
