摘 要:讨论了 LW3-1导管架腿贫乙二醇(MEG)储罐热喷铝工艺表面处理要求和影响热喷铝质量的因素,总结了施工过程中出现的质量问题,包括焊缝处起皮、环板涂层脱落、附着力未达要求等,提出了相应的解决方案:增加环板焊缝打磨和内部缺陷打磨工艺,以消除钝化层和表面缺陷的影响;采用16#氧化铝喷砂增大表面粗糙度;采用大功率通风机减少施工过程中粉尘的影响;改变喷涂方式,加强设备检查和工人培训等。通过采取以上措施,有效地提高了热喷铝的质量。MEG罐热喷铝涂层厚度在180-300μm之间,附着力单点测试值在7 MPa以上,平均值在9 MPa以上。The requirement of surface treatment of thermal spraying aluminum process for lean glycol (MEG) storage tank in LW3-1 jacket legs and the factors influencing the quality of thermal sprayed aluminum were discussed. The quality problems existing in construction were summarized, including the peeling in weld bead, flaking-off of coating on annular plate, and poor adhesion. Some corresponding resolutions were presented: polishing the weld beads on annular plate and internal defects to eliminate the effect of passivation film and surface defect; sand blasting with No.16 alumina to increase the surface roughness;applying a high-power ventilator to decrease the effect of dust during construction;changing the spraying method;and enhancing the inspection of equipments and the training of workers. The thermal sprayed aluminum coating on MEG storage tank had a thickness ranging from 180 μm to 300 μm. The adhesion strength of the coating was higher than 7 MPa at single spot and 9 MPa averagely, indicating that the quality of thermal spayed aluminum was improved effectively.
