近代贵州工厂女工的产生与生存状况探析

摘　　要：近代以来,在外国商品和资本输入的影响下,中国开始出现资本主义生产方式,贵州资本主义工商业也得到发展。在贵州经济近代化的过程中,轻工业部门开始出现女工。贵州女工主要来源于破产农民和手工业者,其工资明显低于男工,且在同一工厂中因生产部门的异同女工工资也存在差别。和全国发达地区女工相比,生活状况较东部沿海地区稍优越,劳资矛盾相对缓和。贵州近代女工的产生和发展对贵州社会产生了深刻的影响。Thanks to the influence of foreign goods and capital input, capitalist mode of production has come into being in China since modern times and capitalist industry and commerce in Guizhou has witnessed development. In the course of modernization of economy in modern Guizhou, women began to work in light industry department. The women workers in Guizhou are mainly from the bankrupt farmers and craftswomen, whose salary, significantly lower than men, varies from department to department in the factory. Compared with the women workers in the developed zones in China, the living condition of Guizhou women workers is better, with relatively ease contradiction between labor and wage. The emergence and development of the women workers in Guizhou has a profound effect on Guizhou society.
