略论高校图书馆学生义务馆员的招募与培养——以贵州师范学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：招募、培养和使用学生义务馆员是近年来高校图书馆拓展服务育人的一项有益探索,通过介绍贵州师范学院图书馆学生义务馆员独特的招聘培训方式和特色培养管理模式及其相关管理成效,对探索高校图书馆拓展服务育人功能及途经提供了一种可能的思路。Nowadays, its a useful exploration to expand service and education by recruiting and training student volunteers in college library. This paper primarily introduces the special training method, management mode and rele- vant effectiveness in the management of the library of Guizhou Normal College. The present study puts forward a feasi- ble proposal to expand the service and education for college libraries.
