摘 要:目的分析ABO血型初筛与确认结果不一致(下称“血型不符”)产生的原因,采取相应的预防措施,降低ABO血型不符的发生率。方法对2010—2012年本站采集的血液中发现的血型不符的原因进行统计分析。结果131例血型不符的产生原因中,初筛血型判断错误75例占57%,错发血型标签38侧占29%,重复献血者血型核查错误8例占6%,亚型10例占8%;大型采血活动的血型不符发生率较高;不同专业人员的血型不符发生率存在一定的差异。结论人为因素是造成血型不符的主要原因,通过增强工作人员的责任心和质量意识培训,严格执行初筛实验操作规程。Objective To investigate the reasons, for inconsistency between ABO blood type preliminary screening and confirmation (blood type incompatibility), and to provide precautionary measures which can reduce the incidence rate of ABO blood type discrepancy. Methods Blood samples of incompatibility collected from 2010 to 2012 in our center were statisti- caUy analyzed. Results 131 blood samples of incompatibility were reexamined. Among them,75 samples were misjudged in preliminary screening, accounting for 57% ;38 samples were mislabeled, accounting for 29% ;8 samples of repeated blood donation were falsely judged, accounting for 6% ; and 10 samples were of different subtypes, accounting for g%. Incidence rate of blood type incompatibility is high in large - scale blood sampling activities. The incidences of blood type incompatibility differs when people with different professional background carry out the tests. Conclusion Human factors is the main reason of incompatibility. To reduce the incidence rate of blood type incompatibility, it is necessary to strengthen the staff's responsibility and quality training, strict implementation of screening. Relevant systematic training and assessment before blood collection is also important.
