摘　　要：文章在对大规模开放式网络课程(MOOCs)的发展过程、基本内涵和特点进行介绍的基础上,探讨了如何利用MOOCs加强读者信息素养教育,提升高校图书馆文献信息服务水平,拓展图书馆服务项目、服务方式和途径;并针对高校图书馆在MOOCs建设过程中如开放教育资源搜集、信息资源管理、宣传推广等方面的作用进行了分析。The paper introduced the development, basic connotation and characteristics of MOOCs. Then the author discussed how to use MOOCs strengthen the readers＇ education in information literacy and promote literature information service level, deepen and broaden services of the university library, analyzed the function of university library in open education resources collection, information resources management, promotion of MOOCs.
