摘　　要：2013年肖希明教授的《信息资源共享系统绩效评估研究》出版,该书为信息资源共享系统绩效评估提供了从绩效评估模型到绩效评估指标体系、再到绩效评估实施流程的一整套方案,并创新性地提出了信息资源共享系统运行机制的概念及其绩效评估问题。这一研究成果对于信息资源共享系统的绩效评估而言堪称一把科学规范的标尺,具有很高的创新性和指导意义。Performance Evaluation of Information Resource Sharing System by professor Xiao Ximing is published in 2013. It provides a whole set of information resource sharing system performance evaluation that involves a performance evaluation model, an assessment indicator system, and a procedure to performance evaluation implementation. Besides, the author puts forward a new concept which is information resource sharing system operation mechanism and discusses the relative problem of this concept. This scientific and standardized achievement has highly innovation and instructional value, which can betaken as a yardstick for information resource sharing system performance evaluation.
