摘  要:目的:建立测定复方氯霉素洗剂和氯柳酊中氯霉素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Phenomenex Cm流动相为0.01mol/L庚烷磺酸钠缓冲溶液一甲醇(70:30,V/V),检测波长为277nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为35℃,进样量为10μ1。结果:氯霉素检测质量浓度在51.27-205.08μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤1.1%;平均回收率为100.36%,RSD=0.78%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确、专属性强、重复性好,可用于复方氯霉素洗剂和氯柳酊中氯霉素的含量测定。OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of chloramphenicol in Compound chloramphenicol lotion and of Chloramphenicol and salicylic acid tinctrue. METHODS HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on phenomenex C18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate buffer-methanol (70:30, V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 277 nm, and column temperature was 35 ℃. The sample size was 10 l. RESULTS: The linear range of chloramphenicol was 51.27-205.08 μg/ml (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.36% (RSD=0.78 %, n=9). RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 1.1%. CONCLUSIONS : The method is simple, accurate, specific and reproducible, and suitable for the content determination of chloramphenicol in Compound chloramphenicol lotion and Chloramphenicol and salicylic acid tincture.
