摘  要:在制动阀工作性能优化问题的研究中,针对现有平衡阀工作时微动性能差的问题,以旋挖钻机主卷扬制动阀为对象进行研究。首先利用传递函数法从理论上分析卷扬系统,确立影响卷扬平衡回路稳定性的关键参数;并搭建卷扬平衡回路的AMESim液压仿真模型,仿真分析关键参数对回路稳定性的影响。理论分析与仿真结果表明:减小制动阀换向节流阻尼孔径与阀芯端面面积,降低阀芯面积梯度,增大弹簧刚度能有效改善平衡回路微动性能,但是系统响应慢。参数匹配优化后,既保证回路微动性能,系统响应也满足旋挖钻机主卷扬工况。In order to improve the poor performances of traditional counterbalance valve, this paper used a balance valve as the research object. Firstly, analyzing control characteristics of winch system with transfer function, the key factors which influence the micro motion performance of the hydraulic circuit were researched. And then, building the simulation model of hydraulic winch balancing loop with AMESim, the key parameters' influence on loop sta- bility was analyzed. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that decreasing the damping throttle valve aperture and face area, reducing valve area gradient and increasing the spring stiffness can effectively improve the balance loop micro performance but reduce the response. By optimizing parameter, both micro performance and response can meet working conditions.
