摘 要:利用AFLP分子标记技术对181个中国柱花草胶孢炭疽菌菌株进行了基因组DNA分析。分析结果表明柱花草胶孢炭疽菌株DNA存在显著的多态性。聚类分析结果表明181个中国柱花草胶孢炭疽菌株可划分成4大组,但大多数聚于第Ⅰ和Ⅱ组,而第Ⅰ、Ⅱ组下又分别分为4个亚组,表明中国柱花草胶孢炭疽菌正在出现种内遗传分化。同时实验结果还表明中国菌株存在着广泛的生物多样性和遗传变异性,海南菌株与广东、广西的菌株相比多样性较丰富,致病力更强;而海南菌株又以东方、昌江、中国热带农业科学院儋州所部(简称"两院")3个地区的菌株多样性最为丰富,毒性谱最广泛,这可能与海南种植柱花草历史相对较长、引种活动和生产活动更为频繁等有关。Gentic diversity of 181 Colletotrichum gloeosporioides isolates in China were analyzed using amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP). The result showed significant DNA Polymorphism and genetic diversity among the tested isolates. Cluster analysis results showed that 181siolate were grouped in four clusters with the majority in cluster I and I1 which were formed by 4 subgroups each. This indicated that a genetic variation of C. gloeosporioides on stylo existed in China. At the same time the experimental results also indicated that strains in China there are a wide range of biological diversity and genetic variability. The strains from Hainan were compared with those of Guangdong, Guangxi, and revealed richer diversity, stronger toxicity. The strains from CATAS forage experiment station, Changjiang and Dongfang were found to be of the richest diversity and broadest toxicity spectrum. This could be linked to a long history of growing stylo, introduction activities and production activities in Hainan.
