摘  要:针对麦草浆碱回收绿液硅含量高的问题,采用CO2引晶法对绿液除硅,研究了不同工艺条件对H2SiO3颗粒的沉降性能、滤水性能以及粒径分布的影响。结果表明:引晶量15%,反应温度80℃,搅拌速度300 r·min-1,养晶时间60 min,绿液pH 9.70时除硅效果较好,所得H2SiO3颗粒也较容易洗涤和过滤。Aiming at the problem of high silica content of wheat straw green liquid, the method of seeding crystal with CO2 was used to remove silicon from green liquid, the effect of different process conditions on the sedimentation performance, water filtration performance and size distribution of silica particles made in green liquid. The results showed that when seed load was 15%, reaction temperature was 80℃, stirring speed was 300 r.min-1, crystallization time was 60 rain and pH of green liquid was 9.70, the effect preferably presented, the silicon particles were also relatively easy to wash and filter.
