摘  要:为了提高移栽机秧苗移栽直立度的合格率,运用改进遗传算法对影响秧苗落地角度的挠性圆盘移栽机结构参数和移栽参数进行优化,并在问题分析的基础上建立了优化模型。为提高遗传算法局部搜索能力,融合了遗传算法和非线性规划寻优算法,利用该算法对以秧苗落地角度为目标的目标函数和设定的适应度函数进行寻优计算,得到相应优化参数组。以该组参数为基础,并根据移栽机结构特点和农业生产实际情况进行微调,将调整后的参数作为挠性圆盘移栽机投苗仿真试验的基本参数。结果表明:仿真数据与优化数据基本一致,改进的遗传算法适应本优化问题,为挠性圆盘式移栽机的机构参数化设计和试验研究奠定了基础。In order to increase the qualification rate of upright degree of seedling transplantation of transplanters,improved genetic algorithm was used to optimize the structure parameters and transplantation parameters of soft disc-type transplanters,which affected the landing angle of seedling.On the basis of problem analysis,optimized model was established.In order to improve local searching ability of genetic algorithm,the optimum algorithm integrated with genetic algorithm and non-linear planning was created to conduct optimized calculation of objective function and fitness function which regarded seedling landing angle as goal.Then corresponding optimized parameter group was obtained.The group of parameters was used as foundation and then should be adjusted according to structure characteristics of transplanters and actual conditions of agriculture production.The adjusted parameters would be used as the basic parameters of simulation test of soft disc-type transplanters.The simulation result shows that:the simulation result data accords with the optimized result.The improved genetic algorithm is applicable to the optimized problem,which lays foundation for the structure parametric design and test research of soft disc-type transplanters.
