统收式采棉机输送系统关键部件的设计分析

摘　　要：针对统收式采棉机采摘头处以及输送管道中棉花容易堵塞、输送不畅等问题,加入机械输送装置——横向螺旋输送器,并且对输棉管道进行优化设计分析,确定输送风速、输送风量等相关参数。同时,利用Solidworks对它们进行三维建模,从而有效地解决了统收式采棉机输送系统存在的问题。According to the unified revenue picking cotton picker at the head of the pipeline cotton prone to clogging,poor transport,mechanical conveying device-horizontal screw conveyor and transmission and cotton pipeline to optimize the design and to determine the transmission speed,conveying air flow and other parameters.At the same time to use Solidworks to set up their three-dimensional modeling.Thus effectively solve the unified revenue cotton picker delivery system,poor transport,easy to plug the problem.
