构筑科技创新背景的秦皇岛人居环境评价研究

摘　　要：通过阐述人居环境对构筑科技创新环境的必要性,选取了6个典型性指标和29个评价因子,对秦皇岛人居环境进行了评价分析,评价结果是秦皇岛的宜居指数为80.3,属于宜居城市,并针对目前存在的问题,提出了解决建议和对策。The necessity of urban settlement environment to create technical innovation environment is addressed. And then typical 6 indicators and 29 factors related to environment and culture were chose to fulfill the assessment and analysis of urban settlement environment of Qinhuangdao. The obtained results indicate that the livable index of Qinhuangdao is 80.3 and situates the scope of favorably livable city. Additionally, feasible recommendations and solutions are put forward to respond to the existed problems in terms of urban settlement environment.
