摘　　要：目的评估2012年河南省县级及县以上医疗机构死因报告质量。方法应用Excel和SPSS统计软件整理和分析2012年县级及县以上医疗机构死亡病例网报信息,采用单位报告率、报告及时性、审核及时性、审核率、根本死因编码准确性等指标进行评价。结果在河南县级及县以上医疗机构单位报告率为87.15%;报告及时性为86.00%,审核率为100.00%,迟审率为2.02%;编码不准确性的比例为9.59%。结论河南省县及县以上医疗机构死亡病例报告质量有了很大的提高,但各个省辖市报告参差不齐,报告死因编码准确性质量较差,基层技术人员相关知识培训工作有待加强。Objective To evaluate the reporting quality of causes of death in 2012 about county and above levels＇ medical institutions in Henan Province. Methods To sort out and analyze death cases information about reporting network system reported from county and above level medical institution by EXCEL and SPSS. These indicators were applied to the assessment of reporting deaths, which were unit reporting rate, timeliness of reporting, timeliness of auditing, auditing rate and the accuracy of underlying cause of death coding. Results In Henan Province level, unit reporting rate was 87.15%, timeliness of reporting was 86.00%,auditing rate was 100%,late on rate was 2.02%,the accuracy of underlying cause of death coding was 9.59% in county and above level medical institution. Conclusion Although the reporting quality of causes of death among county and above levels＇ medical institutes had greatly increased but each municipality make a very difference. The accuracy of coding was poor, so the training to basic technical personnel was quite essential.
