玻璃酸钠联合臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 2010年1月-2012年12月在该院进行治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例,通过关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠及臭氧进行治疗,玻璃酸钠及臭氧注射频率为每周一次,5次为一个疗程,通过视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、Lequesne指数及测定关节液IL-1β和TNF-α含量来进行疗效评价。结果经过5个月的治疗,120例患者治疗后VSA评分、Lequesne指数、IL-1β、TNF-α均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,差异有显著性。结论玻璃酸钠联合臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有很好的近期疗效,可明显改善症状,提高患者生活质量,安全有效,是临床切实可行的方法。[Objective] To explore the the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone for knee osteoarthritis treatment. [Methods] In this ease series, from January 2010 to December 2010, 120 eases of knee osteoarthritis patients were all treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone, frequency is once a week, five times as a course. Visual analogue scale（VAS）, Lequesne index and the content of IL-1β,TNF-α were used to evaluate the clinical effects. [ Results ] After 5 months treatments, the visual analogue scale （VAS）, Lequesne index and the content of IL-1β, TNF-α of 120 patientswere significantly lower than that before treatment （P 〈0.05）, difference was statistically significant. [ Conclusions ] Sodium hyaluronate combined with ozone for knee osteoarthritis treatment have a good short-term effect, it can significantly improve symptoms, quality of life of patients, and safe and ef- fective, it is a reliable treatment method.
