健康宣教在优化CT检查流程实施中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨预约登记及CT扫描前健康教育在实施优化CT检查流程中作用。方法在预约登记及CT扫描前患者候诊时期,根据不同扫描部位或是否增强扫描实行个体化主动健康宣教。比较实施前后(A组、B组)患者的等待时间、满意率及重复扫描率。结果与A组比较,B组患者等待时间显著缩短,满意率明显升高,重复扫描率显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论优化流程的健康教育,由被动服务转化为主动服务,缩短了检查时间,患者满意率明显增加,同时CT成像成功率明显升高。Objective To evaluate the effects of health education before CT scan on the optimized CT examination procedure.Methods In-dividualized health education was administrated to patients when they made appointment for CT scan and the time just before CT scan.Time of waiting,satisfactory level to the service and the number of re-scan were compared before (group A)and after (group B)the application of health education.Results Comparing with group A,the waiting time and number of re-scan were significant lower (P<0.05 ),while the satisfactory level was higher in group B (P<0.05).Conclusions Health education during optimized CT examination could improve the effi-ciency of CT scanning,and can be used widely.
