摘　　要：目的掌握江苏省东海县从事妇幼保健专业技术人员现状,为合理配置妇幼保健专业技术人员提供依据。方法利用东海县助产技术服务人员及妇女保健人员信息库进行统计分析。结果妇幼保健专业技术人员数量不足,乡镇卫生院中高学历、高技术职称人数偏少,村级保健网底技术力量较为薄弱,持母婴保健技术考核合格证上岗的执业意识有待进一步加强。结论制定全县妇幼保健专业技术人才队伍建设规划,引进高学历、高素质人才;对人员配置不足的单位加以整合。[ Objective ] Will hold my county engaged in maternal and child health status of professional and technical personnel Will provide the basis for the rational allocation of women and children health care professional technical manpower.
