摘　　要：目的探讨风险预警制度在预防ICU多药耐药菌感染的作用。方法运用护理质量持续改进的方法建立ICU患者多药耐药菌预警制度,对患者感染多药耐药菌的风险进行识别、分析、预报、制定风险预警管理方案并实施。结果通过建立危重症患者多药耐药菌风险预警制度,2013年7月起医院多药耐药菌预防实施对象由2种增至5种,护士对多药耐药菌预防知识知晓率由26.60%增至99.28%,有效预防64.86%预警对象发生多药耐药菌感染,完善护理部多药耐药菌培训与考核制度。结论建立危重症患者多药耐药菌风险预警制度有助于护理人员识别与应对多药耐药菌易感患者,降低感染率,提高护理质量,确保患者安全。OBJECTIVE To explore the role of nursing risk warning system in prevention of multidrug-resistant bacteria infections in the ICU. METHODS By means of the continuous quality improvement method, the multidrug-re- sistant bacteria warning system was established for the ICU patients, then the identification, analysis, and predic- tion of the risk of multidrug-resistant bacteria infections were performed, and the risk warning management pro- grams were developed and implemented. RESULTS Through the establishment of the risk warning system for multidrug-resistant bacteria infections in the critically ill patients, the objects increased from 2 to 5 types by start from Jul 2013. The awareness rate of prevention of multidrug-resistant bacteria infections of the nurses increased from 26.60% to 99.28%; 64.86% of the warning objects were effectively prevented from the multidrug-resistant bac- teria infections. The training and assessment system of the multidrug-resistant bacteria was completed in the nurs- ing department. CONCLUSION The establishment of the risk warning system of multidrug-resistant bacteria infec- tions for the critically ill patients may help the nursing staff to identify the patients vulnerable to be infected with multidrug-resistant bacteria, reduce the infection rate, improve the nursing quality, and ensure the safety of the patients.
