中国9省市医院消毒供应中心3项标准执行现状与分析

摘　　要：目的了解我国9省市落实3项标准的现状,为标准贯彻和修订提供依据。方法采用书面调查和实地调查相结合的方式,开展调查;采用EpiData3.1软件录入数据建立数据库,并进行双录入核对,采用SPSS进行统计分析,数据采用百分比描述。结果 9省市均开展了标准培训和制定了各省的实施标准;58.9%的医院实现了集中管理,86.3%的医院明确了牵头部门负责制定3项标准的实施方案;94.5%的消毒供应中心(CSSD)负责人参加过标准培训,>80.0%的医院配备了基本的清洗设备和检查包装设备;卫生行政部门、医院和CSSD负责人均认为3项标准的实施对推动医院CSSD实现集中管理、提高CSSD清洗质量和消毒灭菌质量、预防医院感染发挥了较大作用。结论医院应明确CSSD的主管部门,进一步落实CSSD集中管理,CSSD应细化管理、设备操作规程和各类器械处理流程。OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of implementation of the three standards in 9 provinces and cities in China so as to provide guidance for standard implementation and revision of the standards. METHODS The questionnaire survey combined with onsite survey was conducted, then the database was established by means of EpiData3.1 software, the double input was performed to verify, the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS software, and the data were defined by using percentage. RESULTS All the 9 provinces and cities have developed implementation standards; 58. 9% of the hospitals have achieved the centralized management, 86. 3% have defined the idea that the leading department was in charge of establishment of implementation programs of the three standards, the persons in charge of the CSSD of 94.5 % of the hospitals have participated the standard train- ing, more than 80.0% have equipped the basic cleaning facilities and package checking facilities. The persons in charge of the health administrative departments, hospitals, and CSSD agreed that the implementation of the three standards could promote the CSSD to achieve the centralized management, improve the cleaning quality as well as the disinfection and sterilization quality, and prevent nosocomial infections. CONCLUSION It is necessary for the hospital to define the competent authorities of CSSD and further implement the centralized management, the de- tailed management, and facility operation regulations as well as the equipment processing procedures.
