洁力佳医用表面消毒巾临床应用效果与使用成本观察

摘　　要：目的比较洁力佳医用表面消毒巾与含氯消毒剂对ICU环境物体表面消毒的效果,并进行使用成本观察。方法在ICU分别使用洁力佳医用表面消毒巾和含氯消毒剂对监护仪、呼吸机操作面板或按钮、床头桌或床边护栏、电脑键盘按键进行消毒,消毒前及消毒后1、5min分别进行表面细菌菌落数采样,比较两者的消毒效果,采用SPSS软件进行统计分析,两组间的消毒效果的比较采用χ2检验。结果消毒前监护仪、呼吸机操作面板或按钮、床头桌或床边护栏、电脑键盘按键的细菌菌落数的合格率分别为66.7%、73.3%、63.3%、66.7%;采用洁力佳医用表面消毒巾消毒5min后的合格率分别为96.7%、96.7%、96.7%、96.7%;采用含氯消毒液消毒5min后的合格率分别为90.0%、90.0%、86.7%、86.7%,两种方法的消毒效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与含氯消毒剂相比,洁力佳医用表面消毒巾使用方便、消毒依从性高,对物体表面无腐蚀和损害、效果确切,是解决诊疗过程中污点清洁消毒的理想选择。OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of disinfection of objects surfaces in ICU between the jie li jia medical disposable surface disinfection wipes and chlorine-containing disinfectant and observe the use cost. METHODS The jie li jia medical disposable surface disinfection wipes and the chlorine-containing disinfectant were respectively used in the ICUs for the disinfection of monitors, ventilator operation panels or buttons, bedside tables or bedside rails, and computer keyboards, then the objects surfaces were sampled for bacterial colony counts before the disinfection or 1 min or 5 rain after the disinfection, the disinfection effects of the two disinfection methods were compared, the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS s0ftware, and the disinfection effects were compared be- tween the two groups by using the ehi-square test. RESULTS Before the disinfection, the qualified rates of the bac- terial colony counts on the monitors, ventilator operation panels or buttons, bedside tables or bedside rails, and computer keyboards were 66.7%, 73.3%, 63.3%, and 66.7%, respectively. Five min after the disinfection with jie li jia medical disposable surface disinfecion wipes , the qualified rates were 96.7%, 96.7%, 96.7%, and 96.7%, respectively. Five rain after the disinfection with the chlorine-containing disinfectant, the qualified rates were 90.0%, 90.0%, 86.7%, and 86.7%, respectively; as compared with the disinfection effect, the difference between the two methods was significant （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION As compared with the use of chlorine-contai- ning disinfectant, the use of jie li jia medical disposable surface disinfection wipes is convenient with high disinfec- tion compliance and may not cause corrosion or damage to the objects surfaces, which is an ideal choice for the cleaning and disinfection during the diagnosis and treatment.
