摘　　要：目的：研究同指带指动脉神经蒂的岛状瓣顺行推进修复末节指腹缺损的临床效果。方法2009年2月至2012年2月之间共12例，以一侧指动脉神经蒂的岛状瓣顺行推进修复末节指腹缺损。结果术后皮瓣全部存活。随访3-21个月，平均14个月，指端外形指腹饱满，感觉恢复优良，伤指伸屈活动良好。结论我们认为同指指动脉神经蒂顺行推进皮瓣是修复末节指腹缺损的最佳术式。Objective To study clinical effects of neurovascular island flap from the same finger advancing distally to repair defect of pulp. Methods From February 2009 to February 2012, a total of 12 cases were treated with neurovascular island flaps advancing distally for pulp defects. Results All flaps survived postoperatively after 3-21 months follow-up, 14 months averagely. The reconstructed pulp appeared full in shape, feel good. The injured fingers’ flexor and extensor activities were well. Conclusion We concluded neurovascular island flap from the same finger is the best option to repair pulp defects.
