性激素补充治疗联合电刺激与盆底肌锻炼治疗围绝经期妇女真性压力性尿失禁的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨性激素补充治疗联合电刺激与盆底肌锻炼治疗围绝经期妇女真性压力性尿失禁的临床效果。方法将我院2011年11月至2013年12月收治的GSUI患者60例随机分为观察组30例(给予性激素补充联合电刺激与盆底肌锻炼治疗)和对照组30例(给予电刺激与盆底肌锻炼治疗),对两组治疗效果进行观察。结果治疗结束后,观察组患者总有效率为93.33%,对照组患者总有效率为73.33%,即两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论性激素补充联合电刺激与盆底肌锻炼法是治疗GSUI患者的一种理想方法。Objective To explore the sex hormone replacement therapy in combination with electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise treatment of perimenopausal women true clinical effect of stress urinary incontinence. Methods From November 2011 to December 2013 were GSUI 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group of 30 patients with added to the sex hormone （joint electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy） and control group 30 cases （electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise therapy）, to look at the two groups of treatment effect. Results After treatment, the observation group of patients with the total effective rate was 93.33%, control group total effective rate was 73.33%in patients with, namely, compared two groups have significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sex hormone supplement joint electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle exercise is an ideal way to treat GSUI patients.
