摘　　要：本文介绍了远红外线辐射的保健机理,对用于远红外纺织品加工的远红外辐射物质的辐射率和安全性提出了要求。从实际生产出发,较为全面地论述了目前国内外远红外纺织品生产的主要方法和工艺过程,对制备远红外纤维的纺丝技术原理和远红外后整理的工艺特点地进行了探讨,并预测了远红外纺织品的开发前景。This paper introduced the healthcare mechanism of far infrared radiation. Safety and emissivity of far infrared radiation material for textile were discussed. From the actual production perspective, this paper expounded the main methods and process of far infrared textile at home and abroad. Spinning technology of far infrared fiber and process characteristics of far infrared finishing were also discussed. It was pointed out that the development prospect of far infrared textile would be promising.
