摘  要:针对切割索自身性能参数难以实时测量的情况,从表征其实现功能的关键参数(如被切割金属板的厚度)入手对其可靠性进行研究。首先利用升降法及最大包络法获得切割索最大临界功能参数的分布模型,进而通过强化其功能参数的试验方式,给出了切割索可靠性评定的强化试验方法。实例表明:利用所提出的方法,能够实现用10发以内的试验样本量评定切割索0.99999(置信度为0.95)的可靠性,为切割索的可靠性评定工作提供了技术途径。Taking into account that the property parameters of the Linear-Shaped Charge are difficult to achieve real- time measurement, the key parameters which affect the implementation of property, such as the thickness of sheet metal, will be used to analyze the reliability. A distribution model of the largest critical functional parameters is firstly given by use of up-and-down method and the largest envelop method, and then hardened test method which can evaluate the reliability of the Linear-Shaped Charge is obtained by hardening the functional parameters. The example in the article indicates that: only less than 10 trials are needed to assess the reliability of 0. 99999 in the single confidence level of 0.95. It provides a technical approach for the reliability evaluation of the Linear-Shaped Charge.
