摘 要:以小叶罗汉松为试材,观察研究了一年生幼苗所结根瘤的形态和显微解剖构造,以了解小叶罗汉松根瘤的特征。结果表明:小叶罗汉松根瘤在形态上有圆球形、圆锥形、马鞍状、串珠状及不规则形态等;在构造上存在有限型和无限型2种根瘤;与其共生的微生物有根瘤菌、Frankia放线菌及真菌;研究发现小叶罗汉松根瘤在形态、解剖构造的类型及其与之共生的微生物等均呈现多样性。Taking Podocarous brevifolius (Stapf) Foxw as test material,the morphology and anatomical structures of root nodules of one-year-old Podocarous brevifolius seedlings were observed and studied by light microscopy, to study the characteristics of mycorhiza of Podocarous brevifolius. The results showed that there were spherical, conical, saddles, beaded and irregular shapes in root nodule morphology of Podocarous brevifolius seedlings. The root nodules could be divided into finite and infinite nodule in anatomical structure. The symbiotic microbial species included rhizobium, actinomycetes and fungus. It concluded that the morphology and anatomical structures of root nodules and symbiotic microbial species of P. brevifolius were diverse.
