摘 要:为了提高材料利用率、降低制作成本,对铸旋铝车轮的制造流程进行了重新设计,取消了铣平台、预机加等工序。对压铸飞边的影响效果、无飞边压铸毛坯的结构设计、旋压工艺的改进和优化、热处理工艺试验等方面进行了研究。试验结果说明:通过优化压铸模具和毛坯结构设计,取消了预机加工序,所生产毛坯不会产生对产品质量有安全隐患的飞边,旋压工序由3道次改为4道次,仍能完成毛坯旋压;同时,旋压后高温毛坯取消了冷却环节而直接进行热处理,从而实现了车轮的短流程工艺。In order to improve the utilization rate of materials and reduce the production cost, the manufacturing process of spin casting aluminum alloy wheel was redesigned. The milling platform and pre-machining processes were cancelled. The researches were conducted on the impact effect of casting flash, structure design of casting blank without flash, improvement and optimization of spinning process, and experiment of heat treatment process. The results show that the pre-machining sequence is cancelled by the optimization of casting mold and structure design of blank. The produced blank is without fash which brings out potential safety hazard to the quality of products. The spinning process is changed from three passes to four passes, though the blank spinning is completed. At the same time, short process of wheel is gained by cancelling of cooling process and directly heat-treatment for the high-temperature blank after spinning.
