摘 要:讨论地面数字电视广播(DTTB)的双国标新系统(地面国标-C=1+AVS视频编码+单台宽带发射机,组建M-SFN)与DVB-T2新系统(DVB-T2+MPEG-4-AVC/H.264视频编码+多台发射机+RF多工器,组建M-SFN)的基本技术性能,并进行比较,结果二者是相当的、可比拟的,但DTTB双国标系统能耗较低、电磁污染较小、物美价廉,故成为DTTB最节约的绿色低碳产业候选者。介绍AVS的新进展,双国标新系统在地面模拟电视关闭(ASO)后可提供的SDTV节目总数,以及其每套SDTV节目与模拟电视相比的能耗。The new DTTB system with dual Chinese standards (DTMB-C=I + AVS video coding + Single wide-band emitter for M-SFN) is discussed in this paper, in comparison with DVB-T2 new system (DVB-T2 + MPEG-4-AVC/H.264 video coding + Several emitters + RF MUX for M-SFN). The basic performances of the former is comparable to the later, but with less power comsumption and less electro-magnetic pollution, as well as better quality with lower cost, so as more cost effective and becoming an economic candidate for DTTB green and low carbon industry. The new progress of AVS video coding, the total number of SDTV programs possibly provided after over-the-air analog TV switched-off (ASO) and the energy consumption per single SDTV program in comparison with an analog TV program are also in discussion.
