摘　　要：以工业园区为载体推动集群化不仅优化园区入住企业结构,而且为聚集企业尽早形成柔性化的经济环境提供外部环境基础。近几年来,在国内产业转移及支援西部项目的驱动下,新疆新建立和建设中的专业化工业园区承接的国内企业迅速增加。关注和推动园区企业集群化,使园区企业投资更加优化,协作发展,以共享集群化的规模经济资源。The construction of newly developing specialized industrial zones makes the industry cluster which not only optimizes the structures of the enterprises in the industrial zones but also provides the external environ-ment for the formation of flexible economic environment. Currently, the new-built and-building specialized in-dustrial zones are increasing dramatically with China’s domestic industrial shift to the west parts. The paper ar-gues that close attention should be paid to the promotion of the industry cluster which will make the investment more optimized and the cooperative development more perfect to share the economic resources.
