摘 要:通过溶胶-凝胶法合成TiO2-Al2O3复合氧化物,考察了CO2气氛中催化剂煅烧温度对其乙苯脱氢制备苯乙烯性能的影响。结果表明,随着煅烧温度从500℃升高到900℃,乙苯转化率呈现峰型变化,而苯乙烯选择性逐渐增加;同时,煅烧温度的升高加快催化剂的失活。BET、XRD和Raman光谱表征结果显示,随煅烧温度的增加,催化剂比表面积逐渐减小,TiO2晶粒逐渐增大,但TiO2保持锐钛矿相不变。TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst was synthesized by sol-gel method. Effect of the calcining temperature of catalyst on its catalytic behavior in ethylbenzene dehydrogenation in the p,'esence of CO_, was investigated. The results showed that with the increase of calcining temperature from 500℃to 900℃, the conversion of ethylbenzene first increased and then decreased and the selectivity to styrene increased continuously. The higher the calcining temperature, the rapider the activity decreasing rate. BET, XRD and Raman analysis showed that BET surface decreased and particle size of TiO2 increased with the increase of calcining temperature, and only anatase of TiO2, was obtained after calcining at 900℃ .
