摘 要:[目的]利用太空船搭载薰衣草(Lavandula angustifolia Mill.)种子,通过栽培试验观测其诱变后代搭载效应,探讨太空环境对薰衣草精油品质的诱变效应。[方法]搭载诱变材料为薰衣草7426-2种子。[结果]搭载后薰衣草植物学性状差异明显,初选出19份诱变材料,精油主要化学成分基本没有改变,但其含量有明显的差异,19份诱变后代中精油化学组分达到或优于标准的有6种,分别为L07-3、L07-9、L07-11、L07-12、L07-14、L07-16。[结论]该研究可为薰衣草太空诱变育种及种质创制提供新的理论依据,为今后薰衣草品种改良及产业持续发展提供优质品种。[Objective] The lavender seeds were carried by the spaceship to study the space flight effects of the chemical constituents of the essential oil and discuss the mutagenic effects of outer space environment on oil quality of lavender.[Method] The mutagenic material was lavender 7426-2 seeds.[Result] The botany traits of lavender were significantly different and 19 mutagenesis descendant materials were chose.Chemical constituents of the essential oil of lavender remained conspicuously intact,but the contents of oil showed obvious difference,there were 6 mutagenesis descendant materials(L07-3,L07-9,L07-11,L07-12,L07-14,L07-16) which chemical components of essential oil reached or surpassed the standard.[Conclusion] The study lays a new theoretical basis for space mutation breeding of lavender and its germplasm created,and provides good cultivars for its cultivar improvement and sustainable development of its industry.
