摘  要:[目的]研究稻搓菜甲醇提取物对斜纹夜蛾拒食活性。[方法]室内测定了稻搓菜甲醇提取物对斜纹夜蛾3龄和5龄幼虫的拒食活性。[结果]稻搓菜甲醇提取物对斜纹夜蛾3龄和5龄幼虫均具有较好的非选择性拒食活性,且在相同浓度下,对前者的非选择性拒食活性要强于后者。在浓度10 mg/ml下,稻搓菜甲醇提取物对斜纹夜蛾3龄和5龄幼虫24 h的非选择性拒食率分别为78.73%、65.17%,非选择性拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为3.24、5.71 mg/ml。[结论]为进一步开发利用此类植物性杀虫剂提供了理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to study antifeedant activities of the methanol extracts from Lapsana apogonoides Maxim.against Spodoptera litura Fabricius.[Method] The antifeedant activities of the methanol extracts from Lapsana apogonoides Maxim.against the 3rd and 5th instars of Spodoptera litura Fabricius larvae were determined in laboratory.[Result] The bioassay results showed that the extracts had very strong non-selective antifecdant activities against the 3rd instar and 5th instar larvae.At the same concentration,the non-selective antifeedant activities of the former were better than the latter.The non-selective antifeedant rate for the 3rd and 5th instar larvae were 78.73% and 65.17% respectively after treated for 24 hours at the concentration of 10 mg/ml.And the non-selective AFC50 for the 3rd and 5th instar larvae were 3.24 and 5.71 mg/ml respectively.[Conclusion] The study provided theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of the botanical insecticide.
