农村社会保障与土地流转意愿的关系——基于安徽省枞阳县调查数据

摘　　要：根据安徽省枞阳县农户的调查数据,结合Logistic模型,将农村社会保障分为新农合、新农保、社会救助进行分析,探讨农村社会保障与农户土地流转意愿的关系。结果表明:现阶段农户对土地的评价已由传统的就业和养老保障向对生活质量的追求过渡;农村社会保障对土地流转意愿没有显著影响;影响土地流转意愿的主要来自经济、农业资源禀赋方面,其中租金对土地流转意愿有正向影响,家庭务农人数和农业收入比重对土地流转意愿有负向影响。Using the survey data from Zongyang County in Anhui province,combined with the Logistic model,this paper divides the social security into the new rural endowment insurance,the new rural cooperative medical system and the social assistance,in order to explore the relationship between the rural social security and the farmers ＇ will of land circulation.The results showed that farmers have changed the evaluation of land from the traditional employment and pension security to the pursuit of life quality.The rural social security doesn＇ t affect the land circulation significantly.The influences of the land circulation are mainly from the economic and agricultural resources.While the rent of the land circulation affects the will positively,the agricultural labors of a family and the proportion of agricultural income affects negatively.
