江苏省财政支农支出与农民人均纯收入关系的实证研究

摘　　要：农业发展离不开财政支持.采用1990 ～2012年间江苏省财政支农支出与农民人均纯收入的数据,运用R软件,通过函数lm建立财政支农支出与江苏省农民人均纯收入关系的线性回归模型,利用函数summary得出概要统计数据,并从图像指令plot、方差分析表等方面对回归模型进行诊断检验,最后从继续加大财政支农支出、优化支出结构、平衡各区域发展等方面提出相关建议.Agricultural development is inseparable from the financial support.Using the data of financial support for agriculture and per capita net income of farmers in Jiangsu Province from 1990 to 2012,with the aid of software R,this paper established the linear regression model for the relationship between financial support for agriculture and per capita net income of farmers through the function lm.Then,using data of the summary statistics,it got using the function Summary.Besides,the regression model was diagnosed and tested from the image instruction plot,and variance analysis.Finally,it came up with pertinent recommendations,including continuing increase of financial support for agriculture,optimizing expenditure structure,and balancing the regional development.
