摘  要:对细粒煤进行气固流化床分选实验,并利用扫描电子显微镜背散射电子成像(BSE)和能谱仪(EDX)元素面分布技术对分选结果进行分析,探索该技术在评价细粒煤气固流化床分选效果中应用的可行性.结果表明,根据不同元素背散射系数差异,背散射电子图像可以很好地区分出各分选产物中的煤与其他无机矿物质组分,元素面分布定性和定量分析也可有效判断无机质元素的赋存状态,两者的联合使用,可快速有效地评价分选结果.The gas solid fluidized bed separation experiment was carried out to fine coal. The backscat- tered electron imaging in scanning electron microscope (BSE) and section distribution of the elements tech- nology in energy dispersive X-ray technology (EDX) were applied to analyze the separation products. The feasibility to evaluate the effect of gas solid fluidized bed to separate fine coal by combining these analysis technology was investigated. The results indicated that,EDX can distinguish coal and other inorganic min- erals in the product well. The qualitative and quantitative analysis on section-distribution of the elements can effectively judge the occurrence state of inorganic elements. The combining use of these two technology can evaluate the separation results and quickly and effectively.
