摘　　要：通过对国内外停车政策法规方面的研究，结合我国停车现状以及存在的问题，分析解决城市停车问题的办法，尤其强调了机械式立体停车设备的应用。最后，重点阐述了城市停车综合管理中政府应发挥的关键作用。Through the research of parking policy and law on domestic and foreign, combined with the present situation and the problems of parking in our country, this paper analyzes the approaches to solve the city parking problems, with particular emphasis on the application of mechanical parking equipment. Finally, it expounds that the government should play a key rote at the integrated management of city parking.
